If you guys need some good protein intake and have had enough protein shakes, then try some turkey burgers. These things arent the best tasting thing for lunch, but oh well. I have some Pilgrim's Pride all white meat turkey burgers from costco. There are other brands similar to this at almost any supermarket.

What i do is dump some salsa, a tiny bit mustard and ketchup on it to kick it up a notch......you can also try it with jalapenos

here are the nutritional facts:

a similar chicken patty has 22% fat.....but it tastes so good

Dude I don't know if they carry more than one brand of all whit emeat turkey patty at costco (frozen kind) but I bought a pack once. Nastiest shit i've ever had omfg :)

It was like eating really salty and dry rubber. Even drenching it in ketchup did not help.

I do like turkey burgers though. I eat the jennie-o brand turkey burger. It isn't all white meat, but its only like 7 grams of fat and mostly unsaturated. Much more tasty and juicy. Less sodium too.

Trader Joes has some pretty good turkey burgers.

Even better are their salmon burgers

I had two for lunch today, with brown rice and some salsa. Good stuff.

Yup, the costco turkey had some strange taste to it; not only for me but for my clients that bought it too. Might be just a certain batch.
