NEED TO LOSE THIS EXTRA FLAB! help!

WORKIN' ON IT

New member
I just recently purchased Glucorell-R and i'm looking into some other things. Is there anything else I can do to get these extra lbs off. I'm 5'5 and 130lbs now. I don't know what my BF% is but all i know is there is a film of extra flab over muscle and it's driving me crazy. I do weights and cardio and am on a fairly decent diet. Can anyone help?

Your problem?

"a fairly decent diet"

Clean it up, then results will come.

What SPECIFICALLY do you eat now? List EXACTLY what you eat, when you eat it, how it is prepared, amounts, measurements, condiments, etc.

How much water do you drink?

How is your training? Cardio is not necessary for fat loss. A clean diet is WAY WAY more important than cardio.

Ditto Daisy - can you post up your diet & training regimen? By the fact that you haven't reached your goal (whatever it may be specifically), what you are doing now isn't optimal. You can throw some things into your diet like Glucorell, but at the end of the day, there's no supplement that will be the magic pill. (TRUST US! WE'VE LOOKED!) Its all about consistency in diet but tweaking it as you go so your body doesn't get used to the current diet / eating schedule and start getting complacent. By the same token, you are probably saying that your diet is pretty good, but if you've hit that point where your current diet & training can't accomplish more fat loss, its time to tighten that up.

Let's see what you do on a typical day & work from there. Often there are some simple changes that you can make that will kickstart the next level of productivity!

hmmm.. all good advise. What I mean by being on a "fairly decent diet" means that i'm a picky eater and It's hard for me to put down food that I can't bare to even smell. Here is what I eat:
egg whites/eggs
whole wheat bread (no white flour breads)
tuna, chicken, turkey
a little dairy, a little fruits and veggies. All at around the same times, everyday (breakfast, lunch, dinner)
condiments: maybe a teaspoon of mayo

That's basically it in a nut shell. I should probably start eating 4-5 times a day in small amounts but as far as eating different foods... i need help. Should I start to measure? Eat differently? I have no clue. I'm simply just an amature. I intake about 10 ounces of water a day.
At the gym:
Monday: biceps/triceps
Tuesday: Shoulders/back
Wednesday: Pilates
Thursday: abs
Friday: legs/butt

with about 45 min of cardio everyday. **I drink a hell of a lot more water when i'm working-out** Probably up to 18oz-22oz a day

99% Diet

Agree with Daisy. Trust me...CONSISTENT Diet is key. There is no other way around it. If you want results, you have to sacrifice eating a lot of foods....(at least until Sunday for me when I am :RADAR)

Ok, we we understand the food choices youi eat...now wrap it up for us.

List a DAY of eating/meals. For example:
*NOTE: This is not exactly what I am recommending you eat, I am simply giving you a format to follow.

8am Meal 1
4 egg whites, 1 whole egg
1/2 cup oatmeal, made with water, added splenda

11am Meal 2
3oz Chicken, plain
2 cups green beans, added salt

2pm Meal 3
3oz chicken, plain
20 Almonds, plain

4pm - workout
Cardio - HIIT 30min, treadmill
Weights - Chest, Back, 45 min (also helpful to state exact exercises you do, weight lifted, etc)

5:50pm - Meal 4 - PWO Shake
30g protein, made with water

8:00pm - Meal 5
4oz Chicken, plain
Salad - spinach, mushroom, chickpeas, broccolli
1 teasp Olive Oil
1 teasp Vinegar

9pm - Bedtime

Also, I think that if you don't mind eating basically the same things every day, it makes eating clean a HELL of a lot easier. You might have your work cut out for you.
