So when you see Jay Cutler talk about MuscleTech, even though Muscletech have worthless over-rated supplements, does that make his advice any "less" significant? Does that discredit him?

Do you know about pre and post workout nutrition? Familiar with carb and protein timing? Digestion rates? How about just a sensible low volume arm routine with rep variety to not only stimulate strength and growth BUT to keep chronic injuries potentially at bay.

I have come to love straight bar curls. But if I go to heavy or dont have my hands just the right width apart on the bar its bad news for me.
