need support from my EF bros

be patient young man. bodybuilding is a marathon not a sprint. i got adult chickenpox at 37 and almost died!!! i lost around 25 lb's.
i came back bigger and stronger than ever. it'll take a little time so look at it as a challenge.....embrace the challenge......conquer
the challenge!

i have no doubt you'll come back like a bullet.

ok guys been out of gym for 1.5 months, cns breakdown, too much cortisol, shoulder injury , im 5"9 1/2 during this time frame i went from 105kg about 10% BF to about 97kg with about 14%BF im very depressed about this put on quite bit off fat, so i start tomorrow im starting with epistane/dermacrine/cyclotren/arginine and whey, i want my old body back ASAP , form there im going to bust a big cycle when i have my body back, i know the muscle will come quick(muscle memory), but the fat i put on will it come off quick too(fat memory), my diet and training is spot on, i need some support as i feel DOOWWWNNN, need encouragment bros

fat memory lol i wish, then i could be like 6-8% bf right now.

but usually taking a decently long break 1-3months and come back u come back twice as strong once u get back into the routine.

its like your muscles stay the same strength even tho they are smaller but once u hit ur old size ull be way stronger then you were before at that size.

thanks bro, and i also pm u here and there for advice, ur the man, i will conquer the wieghts tomorrow / chest/delts/tri maybe 10min cardio at the end,

BTW my old body was alomost identical to yours, delts rounded off, wide back and small waist, V-shape
 
Man just take it one rep at a time and don't give up. The more you do the easier it will get. When you have a habit of going to the gym then it will be a cake walk.
 
Along the lines of what LB said but stay in the moment. Concentrate on what you are doing today. Enjoy that iron today, enjoy that after workout high today, relax and keep those stress hormones at bay tonight. Tomorrow, repeat.

Keep your eye on the little things. You can't have your body back today, you don't have any control over that today. Focus on what you can control today. You can mix up that PWO shake just right today, you can focus on your form and breathing and work on improving those today. You can focus on relaxing afterward and getting in the right nutrition today.

Dude for sure, +1 to what onebreath said..I recently went through this. Don't get down, just focus on what you're there to do THAT DAY, balls to the wall, you'll be feelin like a new man in no time. Diet unwavering, fat will fall off. Trust me bro. Good luck!
