for the next 6-8 weeks my concern is losing BF and dialing my bloodwork back in from the jackass garbage diet i have had for a year. If I lose a tiny bit of muscle or it hinders my gains a little with all the cardio then so be it. but that only goes for the next 6-8 weeks.
My diet is currently Albacore, Chicken, Whey, Turkey Burger(fresh). Water.
I usually have a bagel with cashew butter in the morning or right after workout. Albacore is right out of the can with 6 or so club crackers crushed in it to make it infinately more edible. chicken and turkey burger are either plain or smothered in garlic. Whey, I try to keep to just post w/o. try to use as much food as i can and use whey only when needed. Sometimes, sub a meal for two scoops whey, one egg, and a cup of milk 2 tbsp cinnamon and make 3 huge pancakes. eaten plain.
Never been a yogurt eater. Never eaten oats or oatmeal. I am trying to stay away from red meat while i try to get my cholesterol back down. It was only 207 but its usually 165-180. I was an idiot all summer last year with shit diet. I would prefer to eat red meat 24-7 over anything but i'm trying to save it or pork just for a once a week or bi week cheat meal. I dont eat veggies, I dont eat fruit. I dont eat eggs unless they are the ingredients mixed in something. Yams/sweet potatoes make me gag they are so gross.
My wife is getting me some oats and plain yogurt this afternoon. I'm going to try to add them in too.
I would like some other suggestions for good protein and good carbs if you guys have any? Plus when I will be doing my test/eq cycle in a couple months i will need alot of help getting my protein up to 500 grams a day. At that point, If my blood work looks good, I will be adding back in massive red meat amounts so that would help too .
