Need some help!

Hello, my name is Kevin.. I'm 18 from Canada.. I'm 5"10.. and used to be pretty chubby.. I weighted 185 lbs.

So 2 months ago I bought a 6 month gym member ship and have gone almost everyday! Last time I weighted my self (week n half ago) I weighted 161 pounds, so I dropped 24 pounds in 2 months. And guess what!? you just start to see my 4 upper abs when I really Flex! I'm pretty stoked about that.. but heres the problem! I cant lose the roll I have near the bottom of my waist!.. I have almost lost all the fat on my sides so I have no "love handles" but I have a really bad (spare tire?) if you call it that in the front of my stomach.

I have no idea why i'm not losing weight here as fast as I am everywhere else, my face is changing .. my upper body is totally changing.. but that spare tire just seems to stay and I need some serious help.

My gym routine:
Before I start saying what I do(so if you have suggestions) let me tell you I had serious knee surgery in July and am still not! aloud to run at all. And cant really do to much like squats because I still cant support a ton of weight yet.

Start off with 20 minutes of intense bike.. I usually hit 9.5-10KM in 20 minutes (when I first started i could only make 6!) anyways I'm sweating like a pig when im done I try to push my self the hole time.

After that I go straight for this ab machine that swivels.. side to side.. with weight on it and works my side abs.. it seems to be working miricals. And then to another Ab machine that you do Crunch live movement you pull you feet up and upper body down, and you can add weight to the side.

Once im done that, I go work my pecs which is fine.. Then My arms/back/shoulders... and then I will go do a few exercises my doctors gave me for my knee.

So I do 20 minutes of biking(cardio) then do the rest for about 50-60 minutes.. then I will go into the room with mats to work my abs more..

I do about 30 sit ups to start.. then (leg raises?) where I lay on my back lift my legs up.. I hold them up for 45 seconds each time.. and I do it 3 times. After that I do crunches (which I actually just learned how to do properly like a week go).. I do I guess 30-40 crunches.. after that I do this exercise I found video on the net of that is supose to work your lower abs and you can really feel it.. you lay on your back.. pull your legs as close to your butt as you can and lift them towards your chest and lift your lower spine off the mat.. come back down tap your feet of the mat keeping them close to your butt and repeat.. about 30 times.

Thats the work I do almost every day, 6 days a week usually.


Dieting: Well I'm eating so healthy.. usually what my mom makes and she is totally into healthy foods.. I have Salads with chicken and pasta in like like 4 nights a week. Then I have Chicken and patatoes 2 nights a week.. then I get like spagetti and meatbals like rest of nights if we don't have those.. Thats usually all we eat for dinner ever. So it is pretty healthy, and I DO NOT "snack" during the day on junk.. I am so good at not being tempted..

For breakfast every morning I have Yogurt with some cereal in it..


... Anyways so I personally think Im doing good.. I have been dropping the pounds everywhere but it just seems like it doesn't go nearly as fast as rest of my body especially my upper body you can see little 4 pack haha when I flex intensely. My mom says the weight is comming off my spare tire she says.. but I have a hard time noticing any difference at all compared to the rest of my body..

Drop all carbs after EARLY afternoon at best. Try to consume your carbs only around workouts. Drop the cereal replace it with rolled oats. Drop the Pasta and Meatballs, ESPECIALLY at night.

How many cals are you eating in a day? Do you know your breakdown of Protein, Carbs, Fats? Are you using any supplements?

Thanks for the input! I will drop cereal in the Yogurt, and I will replace it with chopped up banana.

I know most people in this forum are pretty intense, I'm just a kid looking for some advice, so I don't really count all my carbs.. It's gotta be pretty damn low because I eat only little meals threw out the day. My usual breakfast was yogurt with a little crunchy cereal(now ill change to banana), lunch I will eat Salad 50/50 chance if it had pasta in it(depends how my mom makes it) but I work out in afternoon aswell so its around the same time. Then for dinner we usually eat more Salad with a piece of chicken. Meat balls only come maybe 1/2 nights a week and i don't eat many.

I don't use any supplements, because 1) I'v never looked into them really, why use them when its possible to get in shape without?

2) Probaly lots of fake do nothing brands out there...

3) Are they not bad for you because there not natural?
