Need some help, guys - Hcg/estrogen and all the rest

First of all, I'm not cycling now. I even took a time off from training. I had my test levels going down in the summer, during and after a trenb cycle. So, i used HCG(Pregnyl), during the cycle and as pct. As far as libido/test levels, it worked great. But I didn't use it the right way. I was doing like 1500 ui. every 3 or 4 days, for about 4 weeks. It sure helped me loading my palls, but I did get some unwanted sides. Got too much estrogen, wich made my body look strange, got gyno... I should have taken the hcg in less doses, maybe for a bigger period of time. What happens is that I still feel that my body is fighting high estrogen levels. Even using nolvadex, it didn't help much. Even tough I am dieting hard, my body still seems bloated. I have a prescription for arimidex, not sure if I should give it a try. Sometimes I don't know, I just feel it might be the nolva giving me some water. I read something about it. Btw, i'm also using proviron, 50 mg/day.
Now, the second problem. Due to some complications which came from trenb use, which f*cked my sleep completely, I had to go to the doctor. He prescribed me an anti depressant and Valium. So, this might mess up my libido again. I took this kind of medication in the past and it did help me a lot with depression , but there was a time where I wasn't able to ejaculate in about three days and almost couldn't get an erection. So, if i face some libido problems and decide to go with hcg, I would like you guys to tell me how much/when and for how long should I take it. Something like 750 ius every 5 days? I still feel I have high estrogen levels and don't wanna mess up it even more. Should I go with arimidex? Use nolva?

Yeah, I would start with some lab tests to see what your levels are before you start to take more stuff. When you get your results back, you will be able to determine the route to take much more accuratly and eliminate your problems and keep from getting new ones too.
