We don't discuss pricing here. Plus, you are way too small to even think of doing AAS..do some research first and Diet and Training is your best bet

Well iv kinda made up my mind id like to try a cycle and I'm just looking for good advice on what to start with. I understand about the prices.I have some one to get in contact with.I just need to knw what I should use to start my first cycle.I'm 25

Hey dlawton. you're dumb. Read the fucking rules. You don't ask for sources and you don't ask about cycling without first posting stats.

Yea I read that afterwords. I posted my stats. You dnt have to be rude I'm just looking for advice on what to start with.ithought this is where I could be helped.and guided in the right direction. Not a bunch of shit talking

So its not a good idea for me to ever use test? Is That because of hight or body weight. I do need to research more that's why I came here. Is there any mg safe to start on?

If you are just getting into body building the best thing is to train naturally with a good routine and diet for a long time prior to aas use. If you don't have these things sorted and a good base size for starting gear then it will likely do you more harm than good.

how long have you been training and how is your diet? my guess is your diet is a bit off because you are really undersized...

Well iv just been working out doing push up and back arms also sit ups for a few mths. Im just a short guy and have'nt been into fitness an working out as much as i should be. I was suggested to start off with and my stats a cycle of test e cycle 700mg for 10 weeks
2ml every 5 days with tamoxifen pct does that sound about right? I understand i need to get on a good work out plan and diet thats whyiv come for advice

okay bro.... you are far from ready to be taking any sort of cycle... you don't even have a real routine... you need to have a consistent workout pattern and diet for at least 8-12 months bro.... push ups and sit ups is not a workout routine... you need to go to the diet and bodybuilding forums and start getting the proper help there first... then you need to be consistent with your training and diet... you have a lot of room to grow naturally... your trying to take a quick short cut and that shit will back fire on you quickly... do this the right way and you will get good results... try to take short cuts and you will fuck yourself up...

You have got to be kidding me - your clearly putting in <50% effort in terms of your diet and training. A little guy is an understatement..you're tiny bro! If you want advice here it is: don't rush into anything.. take your time and build a foundation that you can actually build off of.. Rather than rushing into something that your 1) clueless about 2) not prepared for.

Ok bro.I was'nt gonna acually start a cycle anytime soon. Im just curious what would work for me when i did decide to. Once i get everythng in order an get a routine an right diet would the cycle i wrote be the right one ? like i said the guy i talked to i told him i didnt think i was ready because i havent been at it long an he claimed the cycle i wrote on the above post would be ok to start with for fast results. Im gonna take your advice though. But i am curious if the cycle i said is anygood?

bro, im not going to guide you towards any cycle because you are so far from ready... when you are ready i would be happy to set you up a proper cycle but you have a long time to go so for me, there is no point to talk about it because thats basically me giving encouragement or advice to someone who is not ready and giving them the opportunity to make a bad decision... i am here to help and to keep peoples safe and advising you on any sort of cycle would not be following the guidelines i mentioned...

I was also thinkin about test because i seem to always be low on energy alote. I dont know if my levels are low so i htought it would help

Go to a doctor and get blood work done if your concerned about your test levels - other than that stop thinking about steroids and invest in some protein powder, multi, and creatine.

what do you think about the cycle i posted about? when iv got a good workout routine an diet plan will that be a good cycle. I also thought about useing test cause i feel low on energy alote an thought maybe my levels were low.

did it occur to you you may be low on energy because you have a shitty diet or your not sleeping enough etc...?? come on man...

Train for a solid two years
Get your diet plan on track
You can gain a solid 20 pounds from the right diet and training
Don't use gear until your ready which you arent

Ok guys. Thanks for the guidence. Thats why i came here to get good advice from people who know what they are talking about. I will do everything the natural way and the other few things you all suggested. Im just trying to get in shape as well as bulk up. So if you all say the protien powders and other things will work thats what i will go for. Is there any certain brands or suggestions? thanks everyone

You can always run a cycle in the future bro - take your time cause nothing good comes from taking shortcuts. I've been training 4 years and eating really well as well.. I'm no where near ready or feel that I've reached my natural potential. Best of luck to yah

Thanks for the info bro. Do you know what the normal weight is for someone my size? Iv gotton up to 155 befor years ago when i ate and worked out constantly with my uncle but thats the most iv ever got to. Then i just got discouraged and didnt continue like i should have

Scales are a great tool but at this point I'd say try to figure out a diet plan and a lifting routine that you can be consistent with..I weigh myself every week but I pay a lot of attention to what I see in the mirror. Consistent hard work is key though.. Once you dial everything down I think you'll be surprised at the gains your experiencing

5 6 isn't short for a bodybuilder.. for a basketball player yes, not for a bodybuilder so stop using that as your crutch.

also at your height keeping your body fat under 10% you can easily hit the 160's naturally. so that should be your goal. you can be 5 6 and 200 naturally but all fat so lets not get stuck on the scale to determine anything.

the bottom line is you are a total newb to lifting. so get a gym membership and get on a training program. if you look at my signature below i put together a simple 3 day split routine, and also a simple bulking diet program. do those 2 things for the next year and then you will easily be 165+

He said 25 but I doubt it

18/19 tops. Nobody who has lifted for more than a couple months would not know some of these basic things. Everyone is looking for the easy road.

OP, no disrespect at all. Lift heavy, eat heavy, and watch you grow. I've been lifting for a couple years and I know I'm nowhere near where my body will take me on its own. I give it a little boost here and there, but I know that when I train hard, and put in time tracking my diet (calories, protein, fats, and carbs), and know exactly what my goals are, results ALWAYS follow.

Go get a nice beginner's routine, read some diet stickies, and see what happens. You won't believe what you're capable of...I assure you.

I'd say good luck, but luck ain't got shit to do with it. Work hard mf!!!
