Need some advise for my wife

If she would just train as I have outlined in my sticky post above AND eat better AND limit the cardio a little then she will gain well without roids.

Here is my plan for her and if she follows it she will do very well.
Train with weights as I mention in my sticky THREE DAYS PER WEEK MAX. Do 30 minutes of moderate intensity cardio three days per week....keep the heart rate below 85% of maximum. (225 minus her age will give a rough estimate of max heart rate)
Then she needs to sleep 8 hours per night every night.
She also needs to eat at least 4 small meals per day. I would also suggest a protein shake once or twice per day.

If she wants to do roids, and I don't think she needs to at this point, then she could try anavar at 10mg per day in two divided doses ...one in the am and one after supper.

The clen and t3 is a waste and will do nothing for muscle mass. In fact the t3 may inhibit growth to some degree AND it will make her feel like crap. Clen also makes many people feel terrible and it IS NOT ananbolic IMHO.

If she only wants to cut then steroids are not the answer bro, at least not for her .
