Need some advise for my wife

I guess finally being on AS got to my wife and now she want to go on a cycle.
She's 28 years old 5’ 2" and weights 125. She works out 4-5 times a week free-weight and high intensity cardio.
Her diet is very clean but I think the fact she only eat 2 to 3 small meals per day could be a negative factor on her metabolism.

Sine I’m not a Hippocrates and if I believe that I have the right to choose what supplement I take it’s also her right if she choose to.

I'm thinking of the following cycle

4 weeks of 15 mcg of t3 every day
4 weeks of 5 mg Anavar every day
4 weeks of 40 mcg of clenbutral every day
4 weeks of 1 IU GH every day

Any feed back on the cycle or the diet is greatly appreciated

Nick,

It's a shame that she's chosen to go down that path at this stage, because from what you've said, it seems she has plenty more gains in her just by changing her diet and program around.

I can't advise you on steroids because i have no experience there, but i don't know of anyone that can grow muscle off only 2-3 small meals per day, weights and high intensity cardio.

As you say, it's her choice.

What are your wife's goals in terms of her physique? Any plans to compete?

When you say she "works out 4-5 times a week free-weight and high intensity cardio", what is she actually doing as far as weights, rep ranges, cardio type, duration, etc? Can you give us an example of her clean diet? AS or no AS, all will be relevant to helping her reach her goals.

You are absolutely right that not eating enough can be holding her back. And unless there are enough nutrients for her body to work with, AS will be pretty much a waste IMHO.

I couldn't agree with you more Fossil. I would advise that until you have her training and diet regiment down to what will work for her, I would refrain from putting her on anything. Use all "supplements" as that, just supplements. They will only work when your eating and training regiment are on target. People tend to think that there are short cuts in this sport. Some find out the hard way that there isn't, then there are others who find out by listening to others who have learned thru experience. Good luck with whichever path you both choose to pursue.

You need to search more on how to cycle clen. Also, why not just ephedrine hcl? You can also look at yohimbine hcl, green tea extract and caffeine.

Like the others have said, if the diet fundamentals aren't in place, what's the point? Try to convince her to eat 6 - 8 small meals a day (several of which can come from protein shakes); bump up her protein. Make sure her caloric intake is appropriate for her goals.

What are her goals? Does she want to cut or bulk? Is she healthy (i.e. blood pressure, thyroid, etc.)?

It strikes me that this is very complicated for a first-time cycle. T3, GH, clen ...

Her goal is cutting, she wants to bring her weight down from 125 to 115 mostly triming her stomach area and her hips. at the same time getting her upper body harder.

her diet consist of a light breakfast around 8:00 AM (protein, light carbs, a fruit) a lunch around 12:00( protein, salad, fruit) and sometimes a light meal around 5:00 pm (protein, sometimes light carbs).

Her workout consist of a spin class and hight intensity aerobic class. she also runs the treadmill 30 minute 3 times a week and she does free weight 3 times a week for about an hour.

I dont think she need the AS supplement, but the fact that I was on it make her feel like I have an edge over her. My wife is a very attractive woman, and when we go out everyone compliments her on how good she looks.
Also being from LA where the night life goes on every weekend does not help her, she feels like she have to keep an edge always.

I know

Please take this advise: FORGET the AS, get her to eat properly first! She's starving herself, this looks like a 1000 kcal diet or even less!!!!!!! She MUST eat more to stay healthy, let alone have any benefit from AS.

Anavar/T3/Clen would be a waste at this point. She's probably slowed her metabolism to a crawl with overtraining and undereating (something I've been guilty of in the past, which more than qualifies me to dispense that advice), and any physique changes she experiences by adding these drugs into her regimen will most likely go away as soon as she goes off of them. Drugs will never be a substitute for a good workout program and a good diet.

I don't mean to sound like a bitch here, but you can keep bumping this topic until the cows come home, and you're not going to get a different opinion. Hook your wife up with an elite account - or let her use yours - and we'll try to talk some sense into her. :)
