Im just now getting back into working out. I wasnt able to work out for the last 2 years because of a shoulder injury. Im 6'4 and 265 lbs probably about 35% bodyfat. I have a good workout, but people tell me that being 40 years old I wont be able to put on muscle mass because of my age. Right now im doing 5 days a week cardio 20 - 30 minutes on an eliptical a day, what I need is a good diet plan. I started the lifting kinda light because of my shoulder, and it hasnt bothered me at all so im gonna start lifting a little heavier, if anyone can give me any advice I would greatly appreciate it.
