Need some advice to help my wife

DON'T GIVE HER ANYTHING! DIET AND EXECISE!

Is she breast feeding?? If so she not only has to be very careful about medications but even about what she eats and drinks (mercury in fish, caffiene, etc) as it pass to the baby through the breast milk. Any baby book or doctor will tell you this. DON'T RISK YOUR KIDS HEALTH!

I got up to 210lbs after being no higher than 120 my whole life and a fashion model in Thessaloniki Greece. This was after moving to America for a while and becoming depressed (missing family, my life, etc). So when I met my husband and found out he was into the 'lifestyle' I wanted right away to jump on something like t3 or clen. He told me I had to 'earn my way' and start by getting my nutrition in order and get on a good training and cardio program.

It took me 2 years but I was able to strip down to 110lbs (I lost 100lbs and did gain some lbm too) and then slowly built my way up to my current weight of 127-132 of lean muscle/figure type build (I have pics in my avi and gallery). Did it take a long time? Well not really now that I think of it. Was it worth it? Heck yes! Not only did I fall in love with the lifestyle but I also don't have any loose skin or any other problems people who do it the 'quick' way run into.

I would suggest she hops on over to the women's forum and reads up on proper training, nutrition and helpful legal aids like Amplify02, Yohimburn, green tea etc.

Those 45minute morning cardio sessions sometimes 6x a week and then later doing things like deadlifts all while eating chicken breasts and brown rice wasn't fun or easy but it became fun and easy as time went on. :) Good luck to your wife and I hope to see her on the women's forum soon!

is she breast feeding? If not - she can take otc stims/fat burners, or other drugs for that matter (although I wouldn't recommend it). Breast feeding is the only thing at this point that would keep her from taking anything.

breast feeding = no drugs of any kind. baby gets them, too.

Clean diet and walking an hour every morning (push the stroller) will take it off faster than you can believe. That's how I lost it.
