I definately need some advice, recently(like yesterday) I started my regular clen cycle for 2 wks. Now what else can I do so that I can see better results by the end of my cycle, because I was just not satisfied with my last cycle at all. I mean is there a specific type of diet I should follow besides low carbs and high protein. I do work out regularly w/my cardio routine which I think I am going to have to increase if I can find the time. I was thinking about adding some anavar into the mix next time, do you think that would be a good idea? or any other suggestions? Basically I want to slim down so I can start toning up and gaining just alittle bit of muscle I just need some advice. Thanx
