i was sqautting yesterday.
i was supposed to go for 280x5
Well one thing led to another and io told myself i wasnt going to stop untill i puked.
Well got out 14, then the inevitable happend lol, i started to black out ( i was breathing right too) the bar started to roll and thats it. I racked it after i got it up for the last rep.
NOW i did 14.
My set weight is 280x5 on week 8 of my 5x5.
if i changed the spreadhseet my next monday lifts are

NOw thats 280-358 Is that too much
(this is 280x12 as my max on the spreadsheet)
Just wondering. Or since im slowly adding weight, should i stick with what i have. wich would be 285 for next monday. even tho i can clearly handle more?
