Hello Everyone,
So here is my story and help and advice on this would be awesome.
(Im 5ft 9Inches in height.)
I really need help to be honest. I started bodybuilding about 24 months ago. After a year I made the mistake of taking steriods.
I didnt even cycle them I took them while my diet wasn't super clean and my training was on an off.
I love bodybuilding I suffer with aspergers and Ill be honest keeping fit really helps me with the anxiety this disorder causes.
When i first started bodybuilding it was because i was severely over weight (14st 11lbs) 32% BF. I made the age old mistake of working the weight off by intensive two hour a day cardio sessions and minimizing calorie intake. I lost 3st 10ibs but lost a severe amount of muscle I looked rubbish even thin, my composition was terrible at this stage. This process took me 4 month.
After that I started weightlifting first starting on full body workouts. Then as time as gone on my training has gone into a 3 day split. Then after a year I started trialing different steriods, some pharmaceutical some UG. Pretty much stayed on Tren A with a test base for about 5 month solid, wayyyyy too long. I was basically addicted to them which is embarrassing. Problem was I have gotten serious side effects from longterm use. Including and mainly fatigue both in the gym an at home. Not to mention my weight jumped right back up as all i ever wanted to do was eat.
My current stats are 198lbs (14st 2lbs) with BF at around 21-22%. I have stopped steriods now and my body is turning like mush. I feel fat my skins looser and my strength in the gym is down. All steriods seem to do for me is make me fat eventually as when I stop the muscle changes to fat? I have used HCG and clomid but my moods were horrendous on clomid. Im now just on DC labs test booster stack.
Not to mention I keep pulling tendons and keep getting injuries now. I need a program now thats going to rip me up. I want to be around 12-14% BF in 6 months, Ill do whatever it takes but need help with a workout plan and a food plan.
Any advice an help would be greatly appreciated.
