Bought Extra Strength Unisom Gel Caps
and 3mg Melatonin.

I figgure I will try both and see what works
best for me..

Get a prescription of trazodone, you'll sleep like a baby even on clen. The clen is making your heart race, it does it to me also,,

It is 10:30 pm here in California, I took a trazondone 15 minutes ago and will be in bed within 10 minutes, this is my last post, can;t keep my eyes open.

I had 6-8 clen,eca and did cardio at 8:00pm today.

If I go to bed now I will sleep until 8 or 9 tomorrow.
