currently, for the 3 major lifts these are my numbers:
Bench Press: 335
Squat: 365 (before i got unjured)
Deadlift: 405
i made this 6 week program to get me all past my current numbers..
for benchpress:
3x3 (255), 5x3 (260), 3x5 (250), 3x3 (265), 5x3 (270), 5x5 (255)
for squat:
3x3 (275), 5x3 (280), 3x5 (265), 3x3 (275), 5x3 (285) 5x5 (270)
for deadlift:
3x3 (315), 5x3 (325), 3x5 (310), 3x3 (340) 5x3 (335), 5x5 (315)
does anyone think this is a good idea? will this bring up my strenght? im starting it this monday?
on squat i can do 315 for 1 set of 4-5 reps, im tryin to get back to where i was before my injury...
so, what do ya think?
