Need new shoulder routine getting bored of mine

therookie

New member
I have noticed that my rear delts are a little underderveloped and the front of my shoulders are a little too over developed, i wanna stay proportioned....

Whats a good shoulder routine, i usually do:

Smith/Shoulder Press
Arnolds
Dumbell Front Raises
Lateral Raises(cable reverse behind your back)
Rears on either peck deck bkwrds or with dumbells leaning over a incline bench..........

Any suggestions?
Gracias:fro:

You can train your shoulders using the same routine, changing the motion slightly will make a huge difference.
For instance you can still do the Smith/Shoulder Press just change the position of the seat. Hope this helps...

If those real delts are lagging, just drop the dumbell front raises! You don't need them because you already blast the heck out of em with smith military presses and arnolds! Of course, if it was your anterior delts lagging, you would want to add these in, but in your case, drop em! :)

Also! Rear delts get worked pretty hard on back day too, at least in my routine! Make sure you aren't overtraining them... let em grow!

I had the same problem, so i dropped front raises.
I do two excercises for rear and one for side lat. after my presses.

they are starting to even out

Do Shrugs with the ez curl bar......put on about 315.and remember chin to chest when up,,,,,,,,,look to sky like a turtle when down.........:D
