Hey all. Need some help. Im new to AAS. Ive done some research and now glad i did. Im 28 6'4" 180lbs. Yes, bad underweight. Ive been in the gym for a few months now and wound up with tren ace. Glad i havent used it yet as ive seen some of the posts here. I eat like a madman and stay active pretty much all the time. My question is how can i put on weight? I cant seem to get over 185 lbs no matter what i do.

Gaining weight is proportionate to your metabolism at your age. How long have you been lifting? Are you eating 4 to 6 times a day? Check out the 5x5 program as well.
 
Thanks. Eat atleast 4 times a day. Lifting for four months this time around. I know i need to continue but just frustrated with not gaining weight.
 
4 times a day is nothing... post your diet and then we can go from there... list out everything you eat on a normal day.... im sure you diet has many issues but its hard to correct them without a layout...
