Need info on sust flu

Can yall tell me what the symptoms of the sust flu are and how long they last? I had a ever but that went away but my throat aches and my nose is congested still.

I'm about to start a sust cycle so I was wondering this myself. I inquired with one of my buddies on EF and he said for some it lasts two days, fro some two weeks... And he also said it sucks just as bad as normal flu - i.e. barphinf, no appetite, no energy.... You have to push yourself through it, that's my understanding of it; if you get it... It's not a defenite occurrance...

i just got a fever and felt achey, but like most things, every person is different. It can be much more extreme or very slight. I was told to go to the gym even if i feel like shit. It helps to try to sweat it out. Mine lasted about 48 hours and i think it helped for me to workout.

well E-Rawk, my opinion is radically diferent..i think you can only make things worse that way. I reccommend complete rest..I mean COMPLETE...sleep like a dog..but EAT like a monster, supplemment very well, specially on Zinc (ZMA if possible), C, and B-Complex, and LOTS of water...try for 48 hours..and the resume your training....if symptoms don´t decrease then suspend the cycle until you are completely well and the resume.

you could be right. It was suggested to me to workout anyways and force feed myself cause i wasnt hungry. I did that and it worked but maybe that isnt the best thing to do.

Don't stop your cycle, it'll flare up into a monster cold.

Came at the beginning of the 2nd week for me. Lasted 2 days. High fever, puking, sweating... nasty shit. I couldn't have worked out if I wanted to, nor could I keep any food down. It's why I haven't done test since. Although... thinking about a sust300 cycle @ 900 mg/wk... price is right...

I got it with Eq and it felt just like the normal flu..It lasted for about 2 days and then it went away..I recommend plenty of Rest and try to get a lot of Liquids..I lived off Gatorade and weight gainers for those 2 days...Remember 2-3 days away from the gym will not kill you. Rest is best

I only get it on one brand (Tokkyyo) sust. It was just last week before I noticed the pattern. Not sick after taking other tests. Last week, did 500 mg sust. , BAM sick for 2 days. Then better. Like an idiot, did 500 mg yesterday, BAM feel all weird today. With me it is only feeling really strangely achy, like a very dull headache but all over. Stomach is fine, thank god, and no fever (at least during the last episode). I was afraid it was something more serious, but it must be the sust.

Just had it last week.... Shot 750 of sus and two days later I felt like I got hit by a train...lol. It only lasted about 24 hours for me, but it was a BAD 24 hours.

Phreak: I don't know. Certainly other sust-like mixes (like omna) don't make me sick. I can't recall what brands might have, but like I said, Tokkyyo sust. has done it for me two weeks in a row. Luckily, I finished off the bottle.

My sus were Niles and I got 3 separate bouts of 2-3 days of flu during my cycle. By week 8 my voice was hoarse but it was possible to work through these illnesses without them dragging on for an extended period.

I am in my 3 rd week of Sust Organon and usually the day I inject I have a headache all day. The first couple weeks I was always feeling tired and had no motivation to go to the gym although I did anyway. Now I am good and eating like a damn horse and getting great pumps at the gym even when I am not working out my arms feel pumped.

I will never do sustanon again. Before I continue.. I don't want to start myths, therefore I may have reacted extremely to sustanon.

I have had flu like symptoms as bad as any flu for +8 weeks.

I have switched over to enanthate for the last part of my cycle and I already feel better and STRONGER! I got a feeling sustanon is too 'clever' for it's own good.. i.e. too many blends...
