Whoa - diet is never impossible - frankly I think you can't really make a difference much in bodyfat w/o looking at your diet.

At 6' tall it doens't sound like you have much to lose, further, where you are at now is how your body responds to your current lifestyle (diet, activity, sleep, etc.) Probably a few tweaks in the diet can get you going. Also can you do any cardio?

The best way to start is if you can post up your current day's meal plan, e.g.

Meal 1 - 8 am
1/2 c oatmeal
1 whole egg + 3 egg whites

Meal 2: 11 am
5 oz grilled chicken
2 c spinach salad
2 tbsp vinegar / oil

etc.

Even better, if you can post your meal plan and also put it into a food counts program like www.fitday.com -- its free, takes a couple minutes to set up. But it will give your total calories for this meal plan as well as the macronutrient breakdown, i.e. % & grams of protein , fat, carb in your diet.

Then we can look at some probably very easy ways to get your fat burning in gear.
