WELL I HAVE BEEN WORKING OUT FOR YEAR AN HALF I HAV'TSEEN ANY GOOD RESTULTS WITH MY WORKOUT, PLUS I USE TO EAT DIET FOOD, IT;S BEEN ALMOST 8 MONTHS I HAVN'T WORKED OUT.. BUT I WANT TO GET BACK ON IT, I USE TO TAKE CREATIEN, PROTINE SHAKE, NO2, AMNIO ACIDS, THIS PRODUCT HELPED ME LITTLE BIT TO GAIN MUSCLE BUT I DIDN'T SEE ANY GOOD RESULTS, I NEED SOMEONE ADVICE HOW CAN I GET STARTED AGAIN..
