I used to do deads as part of my back routinne, but stopped because my hams were always still sore on leg day. Anyway, I'm thinkin of doin 3/4 deadlifts to hit the low back and traps real good. My traps NEED work. My question is, do you think it's a good idea to do deads and trap exercises in the same workout? I do traps and back together right now. You guys with huge traps out there, what do you recomend?
