need help with protein factory forumula

Hi,

I am thinking about dropping the Pro Complex in favor two custom blends from the Protein Factory: one for my every-hour-and-a-half consumption, and another for my post workout.

I'm trying to make both blends cost less than $5 a pound. See the link on customization here:

I am looking for only proteins here. I have dextrose already and will throw that in with my pwo shake.

I've decided that protein factory is a waste of money compared to buying pro complex from planetdepot. See my other post with the spreadsheet on protein lbs per dollar.

Synpax, your best bet is to use whey immediately after a workout. Then, the Optimum Pro Complex is a great 1.5 hour shake. It's really not necessary to put together a complicated formula, when it is already done for you with pro complex.

I can probably buy whey cheaper than it's sold at pf. Guess I'll just stick to whey and pro complex.
