Arioch New member Apr 24, 2002 #11 Cubanito, I would really not recommend good mornings with the knees locked. Keep a slight bend in them, but not too much. More important than depth is maintaining the arch in your lower back, and this is even harder to do with straight legs.

C Cubanito17 New member Apr 25, 2002 #12 Thanks ARIOCH maybe that's why I messed up my back b/c of my legs being straight and not bent and I really didn't have much of an arch.
