need help with diet

HITTucker

New member
stats: 28, 6'3" 280 18% bf second cycle. current cycle: week four of 75/100 tren/prop eod.

ive had protein in my urine and one of my kidneys is under stress and pain is there. My doctor prescribed me cipro. ive cut way back on protein. I couldnt sleep for three nights in a row cause i was peeing every thirty minutes. that is under control now, but i need a new diet plan.

goals: lose bf while putting on some mass or at least retain what i have gained to this point. cardio is every am for an hour running at 6 mph on treadmill. thirty minutes of cardio after weights or another hour in evening if off day.

current diet: (no flaming lol)

meal one: cup of oatmeal and scoop of whey (30 min after cardio)
meal two: eight egg whites and three whole eggs broccoli
meal three: 3/4 cup of rice (cooked) and three chicken breasts
meal four (pre wo): 2 oz almonds 8 oz cottage cheese
post workout shake
meal five: 16 oz steak and cup of rice
meal six: spinach or broccoli and three chicken breasts or four or five tilapia fillets
meal seven: twelve egg whites

my doc says i need to take in more carbs than protein to relieve the stress on my kidney. What overhauls do i need to make to where i wont sacrifice all my gains. Ive cut out the big steak and limited my chicken and egg intake. My main goal is to lose bf but my doc says to keep carbs up. what kind of carb cycle should i get on?

is this in the wrong section? wtf? 22 views not even so much as your an idiot dude you have no idea how to diet and u messed up your kidneys. i suck at life

i dont eal comfortable giving you diet advice because of your current condition. ask your doctor how you should be eating to get better. then make sure its ok or you to ollow a high protein bb diet before you do.

my doctor said i could take in a moderate amount of protein as long as i was taking in more carbs than protein. he said it was a kidney infection cause only one kidney is hurting. he said stay on antibiotics. my macro count was like 70/20/10. he said it should be around 50 35 15 with more carbs than protein. i just need help restructuring my diet, im not fucking asking for medical advice and i know its not the gear im on cause this didnt happen last time, only thing i changed was diet. i messed that up and have been comin around here for a few months this is the first time ive really needed help and im just bein shut out. Im followin doctors orders which was fix my diet, more carbs than protein, and lower protein from 2.5g per lb to around 1. i think i can still make gains with that, im big and lookin to cut anyway. if i cant get help here im goin somewhere else. surely someone on another board has some insight. this is ridiculous. just the way i feel

interesting. that could have been worded a lot better. and i would have laid a diet out for you. good luck.

who did you turn to when you were blasting suspension like there was no tommorrow and almost died? im sure u had someone to help you through that time in your life. im through with ef, i can get better info from the doorknob, no need banning me cause i wont be back. cant even get a minor diet tweak from you guys. thought everyone here was looking out for one another. this is bull shit and you know it. wasnt asking for much. and i laid it out pretty well i thought in my original post. first time i reach out and this is the response i get. wont help a guy who is trying to be responsible but youll help a eighteen yr old with what to add to his dbol and test. im trying to be responsible, i see people like that in the aas community are few and far between. cut throat. whoever reads this will say ohh this guy is a dick, well sorry for sounding desperate and not being pc but fuck i needed help. first time ive asked for help on here. ive searched searched searched and read thread after thread after thread and tried to be a sponge. thats really upsetting joe u would just hang me out like that. i was just reaching out. wow. i wont waste anyone elses time

bro you need to calm down. a lot of us are busy and we can only get to certain threads one at a time.

if your goal is fat loss, you need to put your body in a state where it uses your fat storages for energy. this means you need to eat just enough carbs to get your metabolism going, but keep it small enough so that your body will have to turn to fat storages to get extra energy to use. it is very important to eat complex carbs. i love ezekiel bread, see if you can find that at the supermarket by you. if not eat brown rice, red potatoes or other slow digesting carbs.

it will be very hard to put on any mass when you are restricting your carb intake, so focus on retaining what you have. to do this use free form BCAA pills/powder. they are great for retaining mass. have 10 g when you wake up and 10 g pre and post workout and some more before bed.

cardio is best done first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. the only thing in your stomach should be the BCAAs you took before cardio. this will keep you somewhat anabolic during cardio and prevent muscle breakdown. do 30-45 minutes of cardio at 65% of your max heart rate and do it 3-5 times a week.

your kidney problem complicates this though. in order to retain mass you need to eat a good amount of protein. just make sure to check with your doctor before increasing protein intake. can you eat at least 1 g per lb of bodyweight?

yes, i can eat 1g right now. the doc said i can eat more, but for right now keep it at one until my infection goes away. i do cardio in the am on an empty stomach for an hour six times per week. i will add the bcaa's, that is a great idea.

the doc (who i am related to and have 24hr access to) said make sure im taking in more carbs than protein. Im not sure what that means, but its what i am trying to do. 1g per lb is still 280 g per day. 300 g of carbs seems like a lot right now. can i add some evening cardio to make up for the extra carbs or should i just lower both numbers? Im really frustrated cause i was making great gains and losing bf and now i have to restructure my diet mid cycle and really dont know how to manage the extra carbs and less protein, it seems like the opposite of what ive been on which was very high protein and medium to low carbs.

im going to buy some bcaa's first thing in the morning.

try to ask him why you have to eat more carbs than protein. 300 g is too high for a cutting diet unless you have a TON of muscle mass. doing some cardio at night would be a good idea to get rid of the extra carbs, but its probably easier to just eat less. but just ask your doctor first if you can do that.
