need help with cutting cycle

hello guys i am new to this forum

my stats
age -25
training experince - 6 yrs
weight - 240 pounds
height -5,10
bf% 23%

guys i did a bulking cycle last yr, now i am planning to cut, i am planning on using

test prop and winny or var, what would be the proper dosages and i am a competetive powerliftre so i need to gain a lot of strength?

my goals are to lean up, i don't want to get down to really low bf percentages, just to see some definition , but i wanna lot of strength

Not ready for a cycle sorry bro bf too high.

Look into some fat loss aids like n2burn things like that

Cardio and diet = cutt not aas no aas will CUTT you!

Not being a dick been then donw that its coming from da horses mouth
 
Agree with RR...diet and cardio will be the cheapest way to cut bodyfat, and rule of thumb do not think about a cycle until you are 10-12% bf bro...this will be the consensus of all bros here.

that's fine i am in no hurry guys, i even expected an answer like that, i am using ec stack to cut of fat, i have my diet in chk , guys what do i do excatly when i hit 10 or 12%,
 
Do u even when to get to 10% bf . As u said in ur post u are a powerlifter and was looking to cut down some
Bf while
Gaining a massive amount of strength . I think at 16- 18 % you get some defenition with out sacrificing strength because at 10 % bf you are bound to lose strength
 
ok then i will cut down to 15- 16%, which gear can i use to gain strength then? i don't want to look like some fat guy wearing a singlet rying lift weights, lean( a little) very strong

I would suggest goold old fashion 500 mg of test a week just control the bloat and water retention .. and run proper cycle support and have a solid pct
 
this cycle is after i cut to 15%bf is it? also how long sholud anavar be taken? right now i am on a caloric deficit diet, after reaching 15% should i increase my calories above my tdee, i don,t mean to sound desparate but i am a little!!
