need help on first cycle...noob

my stats:
5'9, 21 years old
145-150lbs 8-12%BF

i have taken underground winstrol before and saw a decent amount of strength improvement. That was over a year ago though.

Now i am trying to regain some weight as i took some rest due to an injury from hs that bothers me to this day (dislocated shoulder).

I need help/advice if at my age should i even be doing a stack? or just take a test booster/some plasma jet i still have.

I was thinking of getting oral anadrol from geneza pharm. and adding Anavar (Oxandrolone) from the same pharm. oral as well.

what do you think?
any advice is appreciated. thanks.

What's your diet like? If its mass you are after then you need to see what adjustments you can make to your diet. Winstrol hardens your muscles and may add minor mass but nothing spectacular in my opinion and experience.
 
At 150lbs you shouldnt even be thinking about steroids.. save your money and spend it on steak and oatmeal

my diet is kinda up and down...im working on it and trying to get in real meals with meats(usually chicken) and brown rice. fruits, i eat alot and i eat a lot of fiber and peanut butter. but i need to start eating larger meals instead of nitpicking... foods. and actually make a meal.
 
you need a base to run steroids. hence why you are sitting there with a dislocated shoulder after running winny with zero base.

what do you mean a base?

i dislocated my shoulder in 06' during a football game. but lifting weights has definitely improved it and added more muscle. i was suppose 2 get surgery but never did.

the winny, i think gave me more strength and toned up/ more vascular. i did a half marathon in 2hrs 15mins.
the tough mudder thingy...

i think i should probably just start off eating better and then once my weight gets to a decent size/strength...maybe try a cycle?

what do you think?
also i have a few supplements that use to be on the market but are now banned..they havent expired..(17 hydroxy-mesterone) and plasma jet...

Give it 4 years, start dieting properly, training properly and when you're up to 190lbs+ come back and think about starting a cycle. Sorry to be blunt but I've seen enough of young, skinny guys strutting around the gym like they own the place because they're on steroids to last me a lifetime. They ALWAYS get injured and lose their gains as quickly as they achieved them.

You asked for help he gave you his opinion, if you don't like it don't respond. At 150lbs is small the reason why everyone is saying to wait is when you jump on gear your strength will sky rocket and your tendons and joints won't keep up, you will more than likely hurt yourself and cause permanent damage, especially coming out of a shoulder injury. Him telling you a weight is more of a guideline If you will, you need to get a base aka more muscle on your frame it doesn't have to be 190lbs but some more weight will be good.

If you just got done with surgery and your 150 pounds because of the surgery and you use to walk around 170 or up then there is no reason to use aas, the reason is muscle memory will help you out there. You will be surprised how fast you regain your size. So essentially you will waste gear and mess up your natural hormones to get back to where you were, you get what I'm saying?

I am trying to be respectful to you and better explain certain things hope you don't take it the wrong way or get discouraged. Just kick ass in the gym and you will get where you need to be shortly.

The fact is, you're below your genetic limitations, eat lots and train hard to get a solid "base" before cranking it up. Don't use juice to give you synthetic gains that you'll lose 85% of when your off because in the long run you're wasting your time and in the case of orals, your health.

Train dirty, eat clean, make solid gains and consider a test only cycle to start when you get your shoulder right and strong. Also toss the orals in the trash, pinning is the only way to go man.

actually im 22..i just forgot my birthday passed.. weird. anyways, problem is is my metabolism is so fast and i eat as many good meals as i can..it just wont go up..my strength and PR went up when iwas really training for this marathon after i was discharged and during deployment in 2010. But my shoulder, keeps me from doing a lot of heavy lifts. my lower body is in great health/shape though. I can double bench my body and squat..which imo is pretty good for how small i am and a phuckd up shoulder...ill just start eating more and listen to you vets adivce.

i understand. thanks. my shoulder, really is what fks up my upper body sometimes. i gotta take days off...i never got surgery, so i just gotta deal w/ it. when i was on winny, i did notice some joint problems in my knee when running and finally went away months after the cycle.

so what your saying is...bulkup/ pack on muscle, then if i feel like it do aas? As far as the commercial like test boosters and what not..is that a waste at my age or

you are young, and still have room to grow.. a lot.. naturally. That is what everyone is saying.

If I were you, I would look into SARMS.. they will help you gradually put on more size, as well as aid in the recovery of your shoulder.

Honestly in your position I wouldn't buy anything but food and more food lol you want to eat all day 6-7 meals a day

Sarms can be good I suppose in your spot however if money is limited I would not worry about anything but food if you can afford it and a 50-100$ a week grocery bill then yes u can use sarms if not stick with food

Plenty of people have ran sarms they are safe, I said once before I don't think you should run sarms but if you are going to then you need to research it a lot more.
 
yes I have.

They are great for increasing your LBM, while helping you get or stay lean. And as long as you keep the dosages realistic, and the period of time you run them.. they are virtually side effect free.

1. I have used steroids for 3 weeks. Up until the end of my rugby career I was completely clean. If I used steroids, I would have failed drugs tests. Only started using steroids to break my plateau.

2. I have a Sports Science degree, check my previous posts if you don't believe me. So your 'tool bag' comment is ridiculous.

3. I'm not actually British, I'm from Germany and moved to the UK as a child.

4. Calling me an 'armchair warrior' is ironic considering I was offering you sound advice. You chose to take it as an insult and returned with a barrage of insults.

5. As for not being able to pass ranger school. If I wanted to join the military, I could. I am physically and more importantly mentally stronger than you. OP bottom line is you need to stop being so damn defensive.

you need to learn how to train and eat.. its as simple as that. it starts with the legs. how often do you even work your legs? my guess is never or rarely.. actually its not a guess its reality because i see guys like you at the gym all the time. i know how it is in the military as I used to work out on a base.. guys in the military never work out their legs and its because they are typically young. young guys are all about 6 packs and biceps. and they have chicken legs. thats just the way it is.

so bottom line is what i mean by a base is go outside and look at the strongest looking oak tree you can find.. and you will notice it has a strong trunk and roots.. if you do not have a strong trunk you can't grow branches. so what i want you to do from here on out is work your legs, work your legs, and work your legs some more. grow them and you will put on size.

and if you don't want to be a big 'bodybuilder' then why even use steroids? just stick to being a skinny athletic dude who can run a half marathon.. nothing wrong with that (i used to be an endurance athlete myself and its a lot of fun).... you don't need steroids to run half marathons

i'm not sure who got the steroid idea in your head, probably one of your young friends who got the idea from his friend.. however what they fail to realize is that you can't just take steroids if you have no clue how to train or eat.

okay, first off im not your average joe, dumbass in the military. i already trained prior to the military a knew what job etc. to do in the army. infantry. iv been lifting for well over 5 years and was doing "crossfit" exercises way before anyone even did that little lable shit, in my hs wightroom for football/wrestling. iv gotten great advice..just that dbag from the UK said some shit that bothered me..so i reacted the way i normally act in that type of situation.

i bench double my body weight(w/ a dislocated shoulder), squat 315(my last PR) and havent maxed DL in a while but im guessing over my squat forsure. i use 2 run a lot when i was training for marathons n tournatments. im not new to this. i just asked for some cycling advice since the winny didnt really do as much as i expected and actually fkdd my knee up but healed now...so im trying to get it right this time.
 
and to be honest..while i was in the army, people would comment on how big my calves/thighs were and were jealous,(gifted genetics,thankful) hence the reason i was very good at physical fitness because i knew what to train for prior...my bad if i fkd ur forum up. i got my answers i need and if i need more, ill just research. if it bothered you, as you are a moderator than go ahead and delete me or this thread. its all good.
