need help on cycle..pleasssee

Hey..I just got a pack of HaloD, post cycle therapy tabs and milk thistle.. NOw my question is when to take the milk thistle..i plan on taking the HaloD.. for a month and then the next day my cycle is over on taking milk thistle along with PCT's.. My question is when to take milk thistle.. some people say to take it before and after while some people say just to take it after. Which is better? I really dont want to mess up my body so any advice is appreciated. Also where i bought this product the owner said to start my PCT - post cycle therapy - - 's 3 days before the cycle is over. WHy is this?
Any advice is appreciated..if i could talk to any one that would be good too..any email addresses?

What exactly are you using for pct?
Milk Thistle only protects your liver, if you're concerned with bitch tits then you need something that will lower your estrogen/mimic estrogen & you should also get something that will boost your body's natural production of test.

milk thistle is something that some swear it works miracles and others don't!! I had someone very close to me have a liver transplant and never leading up to it or post surgery was it rec'd that they take milk thistle... take that for what you will...

Don't go by what a product says it does, look at its ingredients then research them. If you can give me the ingredients of your PCT tabs and the HaloD, I'll try and help you figure out exactly what you've gotten aholt of.

But for the most part, if it influences your hormones, you need a prescription. If some oral supplement crap, you're getting scammed. No everyone has a source for gear without a prescription. Those who don't read about the importance of PCT. There are pleanty of sorry ass bastards out there that know this and see dollar signs. Don't get taken advantage of.
