Need help...low carb diet is making me tired

ever since I started my low carb diet I am really tired at work...I sleep atleast 8 hours a day..any suggestions
 
How long have you been on your low carb diet? If your just starting out, your body is adjusting. You will soon then start to feel better. Also, I was just wondering if you are carb-loading 2x per week. this will replenish your muscles and keep you close to ketosis but not in it. This is how i cut to loose bodyfat and I also retain my lean mass. What carbs are you eating during the week?
 
the first week is alway the hardest. Eventually your body will adjust. You might think of trying an eca formula or drinking a cup of coffee to give you a little boost.

I am going to start taking BCCA's but heres my diet..been on it for three weeks...seeing good results but always feel tired

5 am--6 eggs

7 am--one gelatin jello cup--0 carbs--couple grams of sugar

9 am--once chicken breast and protein shake

11 am--some carrots

12pm--2 cups of rice, half cup of veggies, cut up chicken breast
and about 1/3 cup of cream of chicken

1 pm--protein shake and some string cheese

4pm-- go to gym

530pm--eat chicken breast and protein shake.

I do this mon-thursday..I dont work fri,sat,sun so i eat alot of hamburgers and such on these days..
