Need help just it a plateau while cutting...

Hi
Im 37 years old im 6'2" 210 lbs right now i have been cutting for the past 3 months now my BF is down to 12% but for the past 3 weeks now nothing as changed.I really would like to get down to 10%BF or lower before fall but its getting harder.Right now im eating around 280g/P 120g/C and 100g(heathy fats)/F.I have been training 4 days a week lifting heavy some days with some HIT and been playing a lot of tennis so have not been doing any cardio at the gym.
Some people say i should up my protein and lower my fat intake but since i keep my fat over 100g its been working good so far.What advice would you give me. thanks
 
Those are really good numbers where you're at I would reccomend increasing cardio before dropping any calories , I wouldn't replace protein for fats though , I think your numbers right now are really good , you might need to drop fat just a little bit lower I would say about 30-45 grams , while increasing cardio slightly . If you feel your getting to hungry make sure to eat green veggies in a decent amount , I prefer spinach or celery to help with hunger.
