I've been working out on and off for about 5 years now, I'm 19 years old and I never have taken any supplement or protein. I've recently been contemplating taking a supplement but the thing is I don't want to get extremely big. I weigh 185 lbs and I'm 6'0 ft tall. I have a little definition in my muscles, and I have some fat in my pecs. I want my muscles to increase in size but not drascticly. I don't want to gain alot of weight, preferabably around 5-10 lbs give or take. My friend has been telling me that I should take NO Xplode but I really don't know whixh from which. And if I take this supplement do I need to take it with a protein shake as well? I'm sorry I'm a mess. Can anyone help me?
