i never cutted before and i need a strong diet. i do right now but never have cutted. i eat lots of chicken,fish,spinach,cottage cheese,nuts,eggs and a couple pieces of whole wheat bread. if i put that together would that be good for cutting?
You have almost no food, not enough fat, too many carbs, and no post-workout nutrition that is going to benefit your gym efforts in any way/shape/form.
what meals would you add for more protein? i have lobster. i could have a lobster tail or something or a steak would that be good? i have gained alot of lean mass by using this technique. that is good. more protein will even help me get bigger. thanks for the advice bro. i will cut the carbs also.
