Need Help Cutting

i never cutted before and i need a strong diet. i do right now but never have cutted. i eat lots of chicken,fish,spinach,cottage cheese,nuts,eggs and a couple pieces of whole wheat bread. if i put that together would that be good for cutting?

3 whole eggs, 5 egg whites, one piece of whole wheat toast with anpb.

10:00am
Protein shake

12:00
can of tuna with rice. some cottage cheese.

2:00
some cottage cheese or some nuts.

4:00
Preworkout shake.

6:00
chicken breast with cheese on it it, and spinach.

i also take glucorellR,multivitamins and thats about it. and flax oil also.
 
Horrid.

You have almost no food, not enough fat, too many carbs, and no post-workout nutrition that is going to benefit your gym efforts in any way/shape/form.

I'd try a search on cutting diets.

You need way more protein. Setting up a diet for you is going to depend on your goals and what your weight is at now for starters.
 
what meals would you add for more protein? i have lobster. i could have a lobster tail or something or a steak would that be good? i have gained alot of lean mass by using this technique. that is good. more protein will even help me get bigger. thanks for the advice bro. i will cut the carbs also.
