I've hit a plateau. My wieght, and muscle mass seems not to be increasing anymore. I'm eating a little bit more than my wieght in protien a day, keeping a good diet, and lift 6 days a week. I've been on creatine and personally have noticed great results, but it seems they've stopped. I've been thinking of starting up on andro, but i had some questions. First off, they're seems to be 6 different kinds (androstenedione, androstenedoil, etc?) I have read on the boards here about it, and many people dont think it does anything. Has anyone noticed any gains from it or reccomend it? Which "kind" if so? And if not, any suggestions on how to bulk up some more? Thanks so much!!
