need advise

i have been taking dbol for41/2 weeks .im just now showing some gain. should i lay off for a while or keep taking them
 
Dosage? Typically you want to stop at around week 4 because it is hard on the liver BUT what gets me is that you should have gotten results within days of taking it not 4.5 weeks later. Fake/underdosed gear? Taking too low of a dosage?

Depends on what he means by result...I have seen too many newbies think that the gear is magic...not even realizing what eating right does for a cycle.

is this a dbol only cycle? your stats? years training?
 
I'll bump this and hope for an answer from this guy - and since we're on subject, or close, I am seriously wondering about how effective Tbol is. I apologize if I'm hijacking this thread, but he ain't replied so....
 
I mean, I like Dbol, and I've read about Tbol - who's used this and can tell the difference?

Definitely lay off it until we figure out whats going on. You should have noticed gains, especially an obscene amount of water retention, within the first week... not 4.5 weeks later.

Most people stop using it at 4 weeks. If you continue use, you run a much higher risk now of liver dmg.

As stated above, something has to be going on here. Whether it be poor diet, bad gear etc... we need to figure it out before you proceed any further.

Please chime back in and answer some of the questions posted by the bros above so that we can help you as best we can. :verygood:
 
hey guys sorry for not repling right away had to leave for awhile but anyway when i started taking the dbol i took 20mg a day first wk. 2nd wk 25mg 3rd 30mg 4th wk 40mg .ive had the water weight gain in my neck and alot in my fingers. more than likely its my diet

I suggest getting your bodyfat checked. Can you see your abs?
 
If your fingers are swollen and/or numb the shits working - how hard do you train, what is your training experience? I'm your age, but I've been training 20 years. If you have only been training for 13 months - and never before that, even at 37 you should be aware of what some intense training will do to your body.

If you have water weight...I would say that your diet is prolly off. You need to eat like hell if you are trying to gain weight and strength...
