need advice, my wrists hurt when i do power cleans

I been doin the 5x5 work for a few weeks now, i love it, I have been doing power cleans for my back but my wirsts arent up to par with the weight I can do.

What should I do, my right wrists hurts like a bitch after each time I do them, any thing I can wrap them with ? any techniqe you guys use to prevent this ?

Wrap your wrists. This, unlike most wraps and suits, is not going to increase the amount you can lift but will ease the pain. I have used the same Inzer wraps for a year with no sign of wear. The cheap $9 white and red ones from any sports store will work just as well.
 
stretch your wrists. they probably aren't used to holding weight at the top position of a clean. handstands against a wall stretch your wrsits and prepare them for a heavy load.
 
Your wrists shouldn't be supporting any weight with the clean. You should have a snappy jump shrug into the catch. If you are supporting the weight with your hands at all at the top, you are doing them wrong. You will probably need to stretch your wrists a bit to have a comfortable catch. I only touch the bar with a few fingers when it is on my shoulders.

Are you doing these on a platform where you can drop the weight?
 
Well I also forgot to add that my wrists go through alot of stress at work ,im wrenched and twistin shit with them all day.

The only sopport the weight at the top , and they dont even hurt while im doing them, just shortly after the workout i feel pian.

and no platform , doing um right off the floor.
