I need some help, the thing is my gf keeps bugging me about she wanting me to get her some roids, well and my problem is this, she has only been training for about 6 months and she has desided that she is gonna start competing in fitness.

ive told her that she shouldent start using anything now coz i feel like its to soon, u know her body almost even dosent know how to grow yet, so im telling her she should wait atleast a year before she starts, and think twice before she does and read up about AS before she starts anything. AND when i tell her this she gets so fucking upset and goes like

"bah!! ur using it why the hell cant i do it to, i wanna get bigger to"

the funniest reason is when she tells me wants some coz she will get so much hornier, and like she needs it... we have sex atleast 5 times a day, if she where to use something i would need to be on 10g of test just to keep up with her ( anyway thats not to bad tho)

:)

well any ways the problem i got is this, i know she could make it without drugs she s 159cm 50 kg and 16% bf.

i dont have any problems with it if she should start using it, but i feel like it to soon for her and that its not nessesary for her coz she could get the gains any way but it will take heer a bit longer.

what u guys think should i give her some or should she have to sweat a bit more before she starts. plz give me some advice or oppions on what u all think.

thx in advance

ladies be tough :))

6 MONTHS??!!! she probably doesn't even know how her body works... tell her to take her ass to the gym and quit looking for shortcuts.. sounds like what she's doing is working fine for her as is, why mess with it?!!

what phem said -- if she wants to compete in fitness - first does she have the ability to do all the gymnastic stuff now? (That's no small feat in itself.) But tell her there's no quick way to anything. The AS won't do much for her if she doesn't already have the good habits.

Here's an example - me. I played around on a Universal leg press machine when I was 15 - that was 21 years ago. I've had 6 trainers over the last 10 years. I have been members of Gold & World Gym since 1991. I have only in the last 6 years pulled all of it together in a semi-serious way - primarily focusing just on lifting in the gym. In the last 2 years I've learned the diet + cardio + lifting thing and competed in 2 competitions. Mind you, I was 16% bf when I started training for my first comp - in 4 months I was able to compete at 8-9% bf. Did I maintain that and go on to rock the world in my next show? Nope. I shot up to my original weight & bf within 2 weeks - that's where I hadn't mastered the 'long term' view of competition. So I tried to pull it together again, trained like goddam mofo the second time, w/ a hard core trainer and the whole nine yards. Came into the show too fat and then blew up again out of frustration eating and have been stuck w/ that for 6 months.

OK - done w/ the sob story --- but that was ALL done natural. And I'm still trying to figure it all out. AS won't make it better. There is SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO much more to competition. And I only did BB - no flying splits or any of that. AS will *enhance* what she can already do - if she can't do the min for competition on her own, AS ain't gonna do much better. And she might end up screwing herself up really good if she doesn't have the basics down -e.g. bad diet or whatever. And how will the sides affect her? So much to it - w/ 6 months of training and saying she wants to dive into comp ---- show some conviction by putting in the time to learn those things before going for the quick fix.

Anyway - esp for comp - aint' no such thing as a "quick win". At the very least, tell her to get on the boards and learn more about it all. She's yelling at you because you won't let her do it - sounds like she wants you to take care of her taking AS too. Wrong. She needs to take care of herself taking AS. Not just getting ahold of some, gettign a cycle and having at it. Its her body. What if something goes wrong? What if she doesn't react "classically" to it. I"ve learned so much since I did my second show - I want to do another one, but I"ve also found that *I* need to understand how to train, diet, etc. Not just get someone else to hold my hand. Knowledge is POWER!

geez guys.. ur making me doubt my soon to be juiced ass :( . ive been working out about 2 yrs.. just the past year seriously though. im starting my first cycle in a week or so. i really do have my diet in order though. buttttt everytime i hear sassy's story or see her pics..i just think to myself... "man.. ur a big loser if cant do what she did...and she wasnt even juicin." i am not looking for a quick fix. i know that my goals are very looooong term and it will be a while before i get there. yes i would like to compete one day but not in "fitness"-- flying splits not my thang:p . i just kinda wanted to take my training and body to the next level.. a lil boost ya know. now im rethinking:confused: geez sassy... why dont ya just shut up!! LOL.. luv ya:bigkiss:

I think Sassy's very brave for really telling the truth. Not everyone does react well--believe me, I see women everyday who I can pick out (I just went to a gym on the West Side of LA where I used to train) who had an ugly reaction. I saw a woman just today that I know and ohmigawd! she looks like a transsexual.

It's so much better to go as far as you can naturally AND then use AS to pick up where nature let you down and mom and dad's genes weren't all they could have been.

Not to be snotty, but after only 6 months of training and then juice? Sounds like someone doesn't want to do the actual work.

Does she understand AS is not a 'miracle drug'? 'not a quick fix'?

Trained for 7 yrs before I even thought of doing anything... then read & asked questions for another year... like the gals said... GOT to have the knowledge & do the work.

Besides, there is no greater joy than pushing yourself to the limit of your own capabilities, knowing all you see & feel is the result of no cheating, no shortcuts....just pure 'ole hard work! :D

Much to be said for the delay of immediate gratification.

Oh please KB --- I just keep telling the story because I see newbies going thru the same thing and I can't stand ignorance. My problem was that I was sold on everything my trainer at the time said so I followed - I tried to find information - he talked about clen & T3, but not AS as I was doing a tested show. He kept telling me not to do cardio like I thought I should because I wasn't leaning out - he said I would be overtraining w/ the lifting load + cardio. He kept saying why do the cardio when you can use clen & T3 and lose fat w/o the effort. Well he kept telling me this as the show got closer and closer - so here I am 3 weeks out from the show and not lean. He finally gets enough for 2 weeks (clen, T3). Well long story short -- I did the show at 12% bf which is a complete joke for a bb comp - even tho my muscle mass was really good.

So NOW that I've found elite and all this great info, there is NO EXCUSE for someone who does know about this site or someone who could direct them to this site to not spend a good 6 months just educating themselves. KB - if you've been seriously training for 2 years - you have 1) demonstrated that you are serious about doing it (e.g. not doing it until it gets boring and start partying again instead) and 2) you have had time to become familiar with how your body responds to diet & training and 3) you are clear on what you want and arent' doing AS "because I want to lose weight". So don't sweat your decision. You're here, you'll get questions answered and support if you need it through out the whole cycle.

The g/f here is yelling at the b/f to let her do AS. That means she's holding him responsible for drugs she's putting into her body -when she doesn't even know what her body can do on its own or if she is doign things correctly. Does she even have the discipline to continue? AS is crap if you don't train balls to the wall and follow the diet.

I'm just saying if someone is going to dive into AS, they need to be responsible for themselves (not yelling at the b/f - shit - what if they break up - no more coach to hold her hand trhough it all) and understand what they are doing. No need to get bad results, but no excuse if they do because they were ignorant.

OK... I'm off my soap box. Like I said, get the girl here - she's only 6 months into training - get her on the boards so she can be even more knowledgeable about her body & diet if/when she decides to pursue AS in another 6 months or more.

I totally agree with all of you guys.....................6 months ............is nothing, tell your g/f to get her ass to the gym.........dont expect miracles on AS.......you still have to train your ass off .............and dont foget genetics play a big part.........there a so many BB that are on AS.............only a few make it to the top.....
So........train hard, eat clean, do your cardio and than see how far your girl can take her body naturally......takes time.......
There are no SHORT CUTS ..............only hard work.
Tell her to join us here on EF.........

thanks for all of ur oppinoins, well talked to her a bit more and told her that i had asked what all of u thought and she got a little bit embaressed and finally heard what i was telling her and not just listend, and as far of alll the jumping and spliting it wouldnt be to hard shes been a proffesional dancer for the past 12 years.

training wise, the only thing she really needs to get in her head is that she needs to rest more than she does, guess what she dont listen to that either so i figure let her get overtrained and then she might listen, now shes just to eger to get good so i guess thats why she might be a bit blind when i tell her stuff.

the good thing is that she have all the time in the world coz she dont have to work (she had a car crash so she can live of the insurance, lucky bastard)

dang gotta run let u know if missed out on any thing and thx again
