I'd like to start off by saying that I'll be the first one to admit that i screwed up badly when I decided to do a cycle 5 months ago. I was ripped off badly by a guy at my gym, and was sold either deca or a watered down test prop, because my T levels were 7 on a 300-1110 range when I got myself tested at the 4 week mark of the cycle. I stopped use immediately, and was instructed by my doctor to let my body recover naturally and that everything would be ok. No nolva, no clomid. Nothing. 4 months later (plenty of time to recover), I got my bloods taken and my T levels were at 416.

The thing is, is that although the cycle/lack of pct certainly could have prevented my levels from ever fully going back to how they were prior to the cycle, I think that my levels are unfortunately just naturally low.. because now I feel the exact same as I did before the cycle. Even if they are not naturally low, I don't think they're going to improve any more at this point.

When I went back to my doctor for a follow up appointment since I was concerned about my low T levels, she told me that since I was so young she would never recommend me any sort of TRT. So according to my doctor, I'm completely immune to any sort of health risks linked to low T because I'm "young", and I think that's a bad judgement call. She still thinks they're going to go up into the 800 range... and I know from my genetics (dad is on the lower range of the scale also) that it just isn't possible.

What do you guys suggest I do? I was thinking about going to an endocrinologist because I'm getting no-where with my current doctor, she is the most unreasonable lady I've ever encountered.

Doesnt sound like you did a lot of harm to yourself. If you were given deca or watered down test and took it for 4 weeks, that isnt going to screw you up for life requiring TRT permanently.
Just wait things out for a while and live and workout normally and get bloods done in a few months and see what happens. Your problems (if there are any) would be related to factors other than taking gear for a few weeks and stopping. your doctor is right so far so dont be in any rush to put yourself on TRT at 19 and then question whether you really needed it when its too late later on.

Being shackled to a needle every week with TRT for years and years is nothing to take lightly

I'd seek a 2nd opinion

Thanks for the replies. I agree with being on trt for the rest of my life would suck, but what if that's my only option? It's been 4 months since the cycle, and I don't believe my levels are going to increase beyond this point. I don't think my cycle would have screwed me up permanently either, but I think that my levels were naturally low to begin with. I keep a clean diet and workout 6 times a week but my body fat levels dont reflect this because of my low T. I'd rather have naturally higher levels, but i don't think that's going to be possible. Plus, I've seen zero progress in the gym over the last 4 months. I'm setting up an appointment with an endocrinologist next week.

Don't jump into the abyss yet.....see what the 2nd doc says

Why don't you run a natty stack? There are plenty of product's that will have you feeling good in the gym and in the bedroom. unleashed, bridge , test infusion , hcgenerate ES , test stack etc etc.

For starters, if you dont know what your T levels where before you ran a cycle then you have nothing to compare to so your current 416 is a worthless number. 416 is not bottom of the barrel low. Its not great but not low either. Id give it more time.

Trying to find a doc to put you on TRT at 19 with test levels of over 400 is a waste of your time and theirs, aint gonna happen and you wouldnt want to do it anyway..

This^

a natty stack would bring your T to an optimal level.

Alright, I'll wait until the end of the year and re-test, but if my levels have still yet to improve, something has to be done.
