Need advice on a workout plan while on cycle

My stats
Age 43 bf22% 6ft2 230 lbs

My Goals are to gain muscle while dropping BF

My Cycle is 500mg test E for 12 weeks followed by nolvladex/clomid for PCT

Below is my workout plan I am by no means a pro I have been working out for many years but have been stuck at my current strength levels for some time. I can bench 225 for 10 reps and squat 315 for 10

My workout plan I plan on doing while on cycle

Mon -Fri early morning cardio

Mon
Flat bench 5x5 with max weight for every set
Weighted dips for 5 x10
Military press 5x8 ramping up weight
Tricep press 5x10
Tricep ext 5x10

Tue
Squat 5x8 ramping up weight
Leg press 4x 10 ramping up weight
Bicep curls 7x10 ramping up weight

Wed
Dead lift 5x10 ramping up weight

Thur
Repeat Monday

Fri
Repeat Tuesday

Sat and sun off

Go ahead and critique my workout plan this is my first cycle and I have enough for 3 cycles but I want to make sure I do this right. Thanks
 
if your tris can take 20 sets per weeks that good i like your plan its raw ! i think you should include a rear deltoid exercice they dont grow much on press and they are nice aesthetic muscles. But i think u cant take mass and drop body fats at the same time test is not so magical even at your first cycle but thats me im steroid resistant i think. 5x10 deadlift be ready to get a fkg bad back pump because its your first cycle its normal get some advils ready, and epsom salt baths.
 
Have you done this routine. Not feeling the set up;

Monday; 3 body parts in one day? You seem to be going for big lifts which = 1 BP/day.

You seem limited in chest & back movements...and no hams?

I'm also not a big fan of the SAME routine every training day or that many days in a row without a day off.....ESPECIALLY when going BIG.
 
I have been doing this routine for a couple of months now. What else should I add to my bench?

And one more thing to clarify is my diet

I pretty much only drink water, I drink 3-4 protein shakes a day I eat a small breakfast 2 hard boiled eggs and a protein shake followed by tuna fish for lunch then something for dinner I am trying to eat as clean as possible on all meals and trying to stick to a high protein low carb diet.
 
No exercise for lats but 2 for triceps..

I don't like this program at all

I'd go 1 BP per day...2 on 1 off
