Need advice for a cycle

Current weight 188lbs
Height 5'8"
Age 35
BF 18%
Lifting for 14 years

Diet has been on point before over the years and was done to 10% when I was around 30. Now I'm looking to do a cycle that will help me build a good amount of mass with little water and trim my body fat down to 10% again. I know diet is key and once I start I will start food prepping again and bumping up the cardio.

Have done a test e and eq stack in the past and had decent results but did very low test at only 400mg and eq at 300 due to past problems with gyno from prohormones in my past so I tried to avoid it. I took amirdex through out the whole cycle.

Thinking of running test e at 500 a week (pinning twice) with dbol to start it off and end with winny or doing test e and anavar only. Or possibly a tren cycle but I heard it's very strong.

Bro I would be happy to set you up a cycle but your body fat is too high for steroids right now... You should start with sarms first and get yourself in the proper condition otherwise you are just going to hurt yourself. Read my articles on sarms here www.evolutionary.org/sarms. Also understand that steroids are not used to drop that drastic amount of body fat... They are not fat burners... Sarms can and most definitely will drop that fat while still preserving muscle... www.sarms1.com

Your diet & cardio need to be on point LONG before any cycle
 
Wow I didn't know this forum is all about pushing your products. I know I have a few extra bf% then the recommended amount and it's not like I'm 25% bf but seriously I know I can drop at least a few % with the right guidance and most importantly diet.

If you actually were in the right shape then I would have laid you out a cycle but YOUR NOT... Do whatever you want... That's the thanks I get for trying to keep you safe... You want to hurt yourself, go right ahead... I'm not losing sleep over someone being ungrateful as you are with your smart ass comments... Learn the hard way

Get to 15% and cycle if you need to ask advice anyone would help. I was training 8 times a week when I jumped on at 20% and fried my CNS. I upped my mass by 20lbs and dropped 5% bodyfat in 14 weeks.
Needless to say I wouldn't advise it unless you are experienced. Which with your previous cycles aren't gyno problems you don't know how to manage the basics is what that tells everyone here.
I am prone to gyno and I get no problems because I know what I need to do. I also am not someone to follow either.

If you are gonna run a cycle.

400mg test e weeks 1 to 12
Don't bother with eq at 300mg don't bother with deca bf too High. You aren't ready for tren.

If you do something run test train hypertrophy 3 times a week 2 cardio sessions perweek including body circuit.

Ie. Push ups to step up high. Jumping jacks. Real stuff.

Run aromasin 12.5mg eod.
Have clomid ready for pct.
Hcgenerate or HCG. D aspartic acid on hand.. I hear the dasp chews these guys sell are good.

Keep it basic if you won't go without. Get to 15%

12 to 13% is better.
Then get these guys advices.

Also with your bodyfat I bet your lipids are shot go get blood work done... regularly. 3months between unless the doctor says otherwise. I'd also see a cardiologist check your heart heslth I am about to in a few weeks and I'm in my early twenties. Best to he safe than sorry.
