seems like half your diet is dairy and protein shakes.
eat more whole foods.
if you were in a car accident and injured I would say you should have re-habbed and gotten healthy which includes lifting weights to strengthen your muscles up. every person on here who drives has been in some sort of accident or gotten some type of injury.. that's life. using that as an excuse is a cop out in my view.
you have no business using steroids right now.. go into the diet section and read my bulking thread and follow that for a year or two.. build consistency in the gym and then you can start thinking about steroids
