I'm on my third day of trying the burner and can definitely say it's decreased my appetite. I have gone through a phase of a few weeks of wanting to eat everything and never feeling full and this has really helped. It's a really clean energy boost, you don't feel shakey or stoned, like you would on some of the others and my appetite has gone down significantly. I've got my diet back in check and will keep ya posted on results.
