Natty Stack...I feel stupid.

I have heard or seen rather, natty stacks referred to on hear repeatedly. I cannot for the life of me figure out what these would contain. Test boosters? PCT supps takens even though there is no supression?

I am trying to gain lean muscle with minimum water retention and very confused as to what to do naturally. I am of course looking into AAS and have a different thread in that forum about that route.

Any help that could be provided would be greatly rewarded.

Yes, natty stacks are natural supplements that can boost testosterone or otherwise improve anabolism, and can look very similar to PCT type stacks.

Now what is my reward? :)
 
No idea why that says rewarded...haha...I typed it in wee hours of the night for me and I meant to say appreciated. Haha. Sorry for the mis-type...no treasures here.
 
Is there any pct or NTBM supp you prefer using when gaining mass? I am trying to go as far as I can naturally before using AAS and have heard people have great experience with using GEAR and other similar pct supps by themselves.
 
6'1, 193 lbs, 23 years old , training hard , 5 day split, also doing some functional cardio training for my actual fitness rather than aesthetics . My goals are to gain a ridiculous amount of lean muscle...when I say ridiculous I mean at least 10-12 lbs and trust me I don't think it will happen over night. At 193 lb I look lanky...because most of my muscle has been built through boxing as opposed to hypertrophy. I am no longer competing professionally so I would like to gain some muscle, My goal is to be at least 210 -220 in the next year with minimal body fat gain and possibly looking leaner but bigger at the same time.

Its a lot to ask for but from all the guys on here I know that if training is great and calories and clean and in surplus you can achieve anything.

Currently for a natty cycle I am looking at Gear , HCgenerate and n2bulk. I will be supplementing the n2bulk with an additional 70-90 grams of protein from shakes and the rest of my nutrition from actual food.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
