I wanted to know if you are sweating and it produces a bad smell does that mean internally things might not be right ? Bad diet etc?

It can be diet or hormone related

My sweat always smells different on cycle. Just make sure you’re drinking a lot of water. You are probably fine. Tren especially stinks on me.

Doesn't necessarily have to mean something sinister. Could be caused by food or by your clothes that don't let your skin breathe.
