I opened a ticket and sent them my transaction hash. The sent me a message back asking for the hash that I had just sent them. I sent it again and have had no response. I paid three days ago. How long does it take to verify a hash?

you sure you sent the correct crypto? you sure you sent to right wallet? i mean if you screw anything up and you send crypto you can lose it all

Not big. Under $300. It was just a few vials from a USA source because I screwed up and ordered overseas for my first order. I’m out of test c, so I made an order from a USA source to get it faster.
Yeah, I’m not new to crypto. I clicked the “pay with wallet” and it opened my crypto app with everything pre-populated. I’m worried that the “this address is only active for 15 minutes” messed up. What if it expired and I sent it to the old address without refreshing?

I don't know how NapsGear lost your crypto payment. That doesn't make any sense. When you send crypto, there is a transaction ID, so it's right there as proof that it got sent.
napsgear isn't gonna cheat you out of $300. did you reach out to a rep?
