I made a large order with Napsgear. This is the third time I've used them. After making the order I went back in and took a look at my order details. Could you believe it? I put in a wrong address. It would have gotten delivered to my neighbor across the street because I had the numbers off. I have a little bit of dyslexia so sometimes I screw that up.
I messaged them in a panic and I was really worried that they would not be able to fix it in time. I went to bed and could barely sleep. The next morning I woke up and checked my email and they had in fact changed the address. That is great customer service and I thank them greatly.
