Napsgear: great customer service saved me

I wanted to report my experience with napsgear. I have severe ADHD and I'm definitely dyslexic so it's common for me to make mistakes. I put in the wrong address. Mixed up an 8 and a 5. It would have ended up going to the old lady across the street and it would have been a disaster had they shipped it to them. I reached out to them once I realized the mistake and they quickly fixed the address. I ended up getting my package yesterday with no problems. That is great customer service. You don't see that very often.
