Name liver supplements/aids you use

Name some supplements for Liver support you prefer to use on a test cycle or otherwise. I use Milk thistle/ silymarian 1000 mg ED.

Macro I used to take lecithin granules with my protein shakes. I had read about them in some old Vince Gironda book I had laying around. I didn't know they helped liver function. Where do you get yours? Does the Af store carry them? I am a little leary of supplements from places like gnc and vitamin world. Let's just say their ala is bullshit compared to your R-ala. All you get off that shit is heartburn!! So I'd like your opinion on where to get the lecithin and how much to take and how often. Thanks for any help you can give me brother.

I 'll throw in some extra MilkThistle since it is cheap.

I thought that since we use alcohol to clean our injection sites and bottle stoppers that alcohol would have a cleansing effect on the liver as well? Is taking 10-20 Ibuprofen tabs a day for 10 yrs straight good for liver detox?

i had elavated liver enzymes on a blood test
doc asked if i took a lot of tylenol or drank a lot
i said no but i take 12 or more ibuprofin200mg tabs a day for joint pain and swelling for over 4 months
he said nope dont matter
this site directed me to studies that say hes wrong
cocksucker and people say im hard on docs
i knew i didnt have hepatits and he was saying i had a fatty liver
while still a possibility im off the motrin no matter the joint issues i have
when i get insurance again its off to the doc for blood work to see if elitefitness has made a defference in my liver
