NAD+ Dosing protocol?

Hey guys,


I’m looking to get some real-world feedback on NAD+ protocols, specifically injectable/subQ since that’s what seems popular in enhanced circles for recovery, energy, and anti-aging benefits.


I’ve seen a ton of conflicting info:

Vigorous Steve recommends something like 25mg subQ daily for steady levels and performance/longevity.
On the other hand, I’ve heard claims that higher doses (like 100-500mg+) can significantly help with fat loss – almost like it “melts” stubborn fat by boosting metabolism/mitochondria.


What are you guys running? Daily low-dose (20-50mg subQ)? Higher doses a few times a week? Loading phases?


Any noticeable effects on energy, recovery from training, body comp/fat loss, or bloodwork markers?

I posted it on a couple forums because I’m genuinely trying to get a wider range of real-world experiences with NAD+. Different communities have different guys running it (some more longevity-focused, some more bodybuilding/recovery and of all different ages), so I figured more input = better info to piece together a solid protocol. Not trying to spam, just want the best data possible as i have a huge supply of it, and theres such limited data online
