hehehe - NOT willing to diet at this point.

I do have to say that I personally like your physique over the "2002 Ms. Figure America" winner that's pictured. Seriously.

Did she go to the NABBA International contest as well?

No, she wasn't invited - not enough muscle. None of the physique women were invited either, for the same reason. That's the one caveat - even if you win, if you don't have a "world" level physique, you probably won't get invited to compete at that level. NABBA picks up some of the expenses for the trip, so they won't send someone if they don't think they have a chance.

BTW - NABBA U.S. REALLY needs some female physique competitors with size. If you know any women who would be interested in the chance to travel to the UK for the Universe and to Australia for 2004 Worlds, talk them into competing with NABBA. The current physique competitors are too small to compete internationally.

What? No Masters Women?

You know, I never noticed there wasn't a Masters women; I think it's because that class doesn't exist in the World's or Universe, although I'm not sure why not.

Another interesting aspect - the classes are by height, not weight. So for physique, there are two women's classes: short (5'4" and under) and tall (above 5'4").

Valerie - this is from Bob Gruskin, President of NABBA US and WFF (World Fitness Federation) North America:

While NABBA International has no specific Masters Women in Bodybuilding or Figure, its ASSOCIATED Federation, the WFF does have. Women who qualify and are selected by the NABBA National Committee to represent the USA at International competitions, will be placed in an AGE division.
For example:
WORLD FITNESS FEDERATION - 22nd WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS - MOSCOW, RUSSIA
Women - Classes: up to age 30, ages 30 -39, age 40+
Categories: Figure (Posing routine), Figure/Fitness (Aerobic/Gymnastic routine), Bodybuilding (Athletic and Superbody)
